RATES

*PFCC offers 45 hours of early childhood education each week

**Published Rates effective 6/26/25

Pine Forest Children’s Center’s Board of Directors is evaluating and planning our 25/26 school year budget which includes finalizing tuition rates. While our published rates are the FY25 Child Care Financial Assistance Program Rates, our Board, in partnership with the Executive Director, are working on a scholarship model similar to our current tuition plans. The goal is to have these rates published by 7/31/25 for them to go into effect on 9/1/25.

Pine Forest Children’s Center encourages all families to apply for the Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP).  CCFAP is designed to support eligible families in paying for early care and education for children ages 6 weeks up to 13 years. The program is administered by the Child Development Division (CDD), Department for Children and Families, and Vermont Agency of Human Services. Families complete and submit an application to CDD either online or using the paper application.  CDD then verifies the family’s eligibility and, based on income guidelines, determines the weekly share of a state-established tuition rate that the family will be responsible to pay (the family share). CDD pays the remainder of the state-established tuition rate directly to PFCC.
